Almond Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 ounce/snack pack AlmondRx (fortified with Vitamin D3), ground or chopped

-2 cups frozen strawberries

-1/2 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)

Instructions:

1. In a high speed blender, combine the ground or chopped almonds, frozen strawberries and almond milk. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, chia seeds or coconut flakes.

3. Enjoy immediately, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
