Ingredients
-1 ounce/snack pack AlmondRx (fortified with Vitamin D3), ground or chopped
-2 cups rolled oats
-1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground or chopped almonds, rolled oats and almond butter. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated and the mixture comes together in small clumps when pressed between your fingers.
3. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
4. Let cool completely before breaking into small pieces. Enjoy with your favorite yogurt or milk, as a topping to your favorite smoothie bowl or on its own! Enjoy!
