Almond Chicken Salad


-1 ounce/snack pack AlmondRx (fortified with Vitamin D3), ground or chopped

-2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

-1/2 cup celery, diced

-1/2 cup red onion, diced

-¼ cup mayonnaise (vegan option: veganaise)


1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery and red onion.

2. Add in the mayonnaise (veganaise) and mix until everything is evenly coated.

3. Stir in the ground or chopped almonds and mix until all ingredients are combined.

4. Serve on top of salad greens, as a sandwich, or enjoy by itself! Enjoy!

5. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving if desired. Enjoy!
