Almond Crusted Baked Fish


-1 ounce/snack pack AlmondRx (fortified with Vitamin D3), ground or chopped

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-4 white fish fillets (such as cod, haddock or tilapia)


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease lightly with olive oil if desired.

2. In a bowl, combine the ground or chopped almonds and olive oil until everything is evenly combined.

3. Place the fish fillets onto the baking sheet and top with almond mixture so that it is completely covered with a light coating of the mixture.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and lightly golden brown on top. Serve warm and enjoy!

5. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving if desired. Enjoy!
