Almond Date Energy Bites

Ingredients:

-1 ounce/snack pack AlmondRx (fortified with Vitamin D3), ground or chopped

-½ cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 10 then drained

-2 tablespoons almond butter

Instructions:

1. In a food processor, combine the dates, almond butter and ground or chopped almonds until everything is evenly blended and forms a sticky paste.

2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time with a spoon and roll into balls. Place on parchment paper.

3. Enjoy immediately, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

4. For extra crunch and flavor, roll your energy bites in shredded coconut flakes or ground nuts before serving. Enjoy!
