Karina Janik
SDSU Aztecs, Student Athlete - Track: Middle Distance & Hurdles
Karina Janik will tell you that competing in Track and Field at the D1 level isn't just physically taxing, it's a mental challenge as well. If you aren't in the right head space when you walk up to the starting line, things just aren't going to go your way.
That drive to be prepared leads her to make smart choices on the track, in the classroom, and with her diet. To Karina, ARX is an easy snack to eat between practice and class. It gives her the sustainable energy she needs to keep her energy levels up throughout her day.
"The best feeling is running a personal best. That's the ultimate goal." - Karina Janik
