Oliver Rhoades

Oliver Rhoades is a celebrated soccer player, earning recognition not only for his athletic skill but for his ability to maintain fabulous grades while playing. He recently suffered an injury that temporarily landed him on the Injured Reserve. Most athletes who compete at this level of play will experience something similar and Oliver wants to take this chance to help others process the challenges of recovery and staying motivated. So, we sat down with Oliver to get some insight on what he, and so many others, face. ARX: What keeps you motivated to come back to the pitch healthier than ever? Oliver: I love playing soccer and when I see my friends playing it motivates me to get back quicker. ARX: Has this rehab taught you anything about yourself? If so, what? Oliver: I feel it's taught me that I'm more than just a soccer player. Although it is a big part of my life, it doesn't only define me.
