Almond Coconut Cookies


-1 ounce/snack pack of AlmondRx (Fortified with Vitamin D3), chopped or sliced

-½ cup all-purpose flour

-¼ teaspoon salt

-¼ teaspoon baking powder

-2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.

2. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.

3. Add the melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

4. Stir in the chopped or sliced almonds into the dough mixture.

5. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.

7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
